With our busy schedules it can be difficult to make exercise classes on time. Core Fitness and Alive are teaming to create “Revolving Circuit Training”. Show up when you want and leave when you want. The RCT program focuses on full-body functional training methods to get in shape and achieve your health goals. There are several different fitness classes out there… We provide all-inclusive exercise regimens from yoga to Crossfit. We also cater exercises to meet your needs and interests. For instance, we include ball-oriented exercises. If you’re a golfer… we tailor certain exercises to golf-oriented movements.
RCT is not just for when you’re at the gym! We understand there are 24 hours in a day and wellness is not just about when you are at the gym exercising. We help you with nutrition and mindset as well. Our professional trainers will do a quick consultation and evaluation to discuss needs, interests, past obstacles and more. We help you determine goals and we then track your progress every step of the way.
Our state-of-the-art RCT program is ideal for people with busy schedules. Please come out on Saturday mornings from 8:30am – 10:30am. Show up and leave anytime within the window. First class is free!

Fun… Revolving Circuit Training provides a team environment with music and other creative things to keep everyone inspired throughout the workout. You can have friendly competition with the My Zone charting your progress.
Great Workout… You will feel great after each workout. Our program keeps moving with limited rest; therefore you do not have to workout as long. In and out is our motto and Revolving Circuit Training lets you get a great workout in half the time.

What is MYZONE?
MYZONE is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that converts into MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. MYZONE users simply wear a comfortable MYZONE Physical Activity Belt (heart rate strap), which is registered online, to monitor all concerted physical activity in real time, allowing users to view their progress in their personal account.
