You are also part of a team as we provide discussion forums (Facebook Groups, blogs & conference calls) to help motivate each other and overcome obstacles every step of the way.

What: The 90 Day Fat Loss & Wellness Challenge will empower you to improve your physical and mental well being. Our program provides 1-on-1 coaching and the tools to help you achieve the results you envision. We support you every step of the way, while helping you to overcome setbacks and obstacles.

21 Day Nutrition Challenge
We all realize an essential part of having optimal health is nutrition. This Nutrition Challenge is our apprentice version, which will educate & inspire you to develop proper eating habits & live a healthier life. This meal guide is used for weight management & nutritional benefits, but it also detoxifies your body, increases energy levels, builds muscle mass & rebalances hormones. Join a team of other participants going through the same challenges. We will all work together on helping you to feel and look better! The challenge starts December 1st. More info coming soon.
150 Minutes Fitness Challenge
This challenge was implemented to inspire physical activity on a regular basis. The goal is to have some form of exercise at least 150 minutes a week for 8 weeks. Our workouts do not have to always be done in the gym and this is the perfect time to get creative on fitting in exercise. More details coming soon.
This challenge requires filling out a daily journal. It involves trying something new and achieving tasks and goals. More details coming soon.
