A-Live offers a complimentary consultation to see if it is a good fit for everyone. (Individual & Coach)

The meeting will be a discussion between the possible client and coach where we will identify aspirations and obstacles. We will get to know the client while finding out perceived strengths and weaknesses.

We will establish specific interests and challenges and give some examples of functional personalized training methods.

After the client does most of the communicating… We will strategize an initial idea of what the plan and goals would be if they were a client.

After sharing some ideas and what I do… we would then ask them if it is something they are interested in. (We give them an out). “We would say, “If you’re not all in, that’s fine… You have to be accountable and disciplined throughout the training.”

If the client is interested… then we go over the different options and programs. Ask them if they want me to recommend a certain program.
